Request for Proposal - Engineering Services

The City of Livingston, Montana, is seeking proposals from qualified consultants for design and construction engineering services for the reconstruction of Montana Street (7th to 12th Streets). The project includes street reconstruction, utility upgrades, ADA-compliant sidewalks, and other infrastructure improvements. Proposals must address project management, public outreach, technical design, and compliance with federal and local standards.
