2024 CIP Street Maintenance Perma-Zyme Application scheduled for August 21st

The City of Livingston will conduct a Street Maintenance Perma-Zyme Application project on August 21, 2024, project may continue to Thursday, August 22nd. This project is part of the City’s ongoing efforts to maintain and improve road conditions in our area. 

Impacted Neighborhoods:

N. 13th Street residents between Reservoir and Bitterroot Street

N. 12th Street residents between Reservoir and Bitterroot Street

N. 11th Street residents between Reservoir and Bitterroot Street

N 10th Street residents between Reservoir and W. Summit Street

 

Important Instructions for impacted residents:

  • Watering Boulevard Trees/Grasses: Please refrain from watering boulevard trees and grasses for at least 24 hours before the project begins to ensure the effectiveness of the chip seal.
  • Vehicle Parking: All vehicles, RVs, boats, and trailers must be removed from the streets within the project area by 7:00 AM on the start date. Vehicles should not be returned to the area until 7:00 PM on the same day. No parking will be allowed within the project area for the duration of the work. Vehicles, boats, or RVs found on the city right-of-way will be subject to towing at the owner's expense.
  • Speed Limit and Road Conditions: Please observe the posted speed limit of 25 mph to minimize damage to freshly treated streets. Depending on weather conditions, roads may be closed in areas until the curing process is completed.
  • Project Schedule Changes: The City of Livingston reserves the right to alter or postpone the project schedule due to weather conditions or other unforeseen factors.
