Livingston Zoning Code Update Underway
The City of Livingston has joined with SCJ Alliance to update our city’s zoning code, guided by thoughtful recommendations from the Community Technical Advisory Program (CTAP) report. These updates will address key areas for improvement and align with new state requirements to increase housing accessibility, making it an important step toward better meeting the needs and aspirations of our community.
A major component of this update includes adding new graphics and visuals, making the zoning code more accessible for both developers and community members. Clear, visual explanations will help everyone easily navigate the updates and understand how they will influence future development in Livingston.
