Livingston's Planning Department can help you with all of your questions relating to the City's Growth Policy, Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Regulations or Historic Preservation program. In addition, this Department is also the point of contact for issues involving annexation, street abandonment or special assessments.
The Planning Department staffs the Consolidated Land Use Board. This board is responsible for reviewing subdivision applications, plan updates, and zoning text and map amendments.
