Gazebo, Pavilion and Picnic Shelter Rental Information
Five shelters in the city park system are available to rent for your gathering, corporate event, birthday party, or reunion!
Facilities are available to rent from April 1 - October 31 and are offered in the following time blocks:
9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. * 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. * 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (You may reserve multiple time blocks to accommodate a longer rental.)
Gazebos, Pavilions & Shelters are available to reserve through Livingston Parks & Recreation, when not reserved they are available to the general public on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Updated availability is found on the calendars below as well as posted at each shelter location.
Between November 1 and March 31, shelters are used on a first-come, first-served basis.
A special event permit may be required for large groups, reunions, corporate gatherings, or where food and alcohol are catered.
All fees received from the rental of the facility will go back into the Parks & Recreation Department operating budgets to assist with the maintenance, enhancement, and management of our Parks system.
NOTE: Opening and closing dates of the rental season are weather-dependent and will be determined by the Public Works Director.

Gazebo/Shelter Policies and Rules
Gathering areas within Sacajawea, Green Acres, and Mike Webb Parks besides the gazebo and shelter are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If group size requires exclusive use of space, contact the Recreation Department for rental options.
We encourage the public to be considerate and neighborly while using the City of Livingston Parks, Facilities, and Trails.
