HRDC - Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP)

Provides help to eligible households during the winter months by paying a portion of their winter heating cost  (October-April).   May also include help with households that heat their home with wood.

HRDC - Low Income Home Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP)

Provides eligible households temporary emergency assistance in paying their water and sewer bills. Program is slated to operate October 1, 2021, through September 30, 2023. Click on link below for more information about eligibility and how to apply.
