Lindie Gibson
Lindie Fink Gibson is a 4th generation Livingston native, with her ancestors coming from Norway in 1886, and becoming founding members of our community. Lindie was raised in the original AW Miles home at 222 South 6th street and has always had an interest in our community and its people, as well as our historic preservation. She retired in 2021 after a 40-year career as a small business owner of Pretty Good Housekeeping and is now devoting her time to her writing career, which began when she was a Junior in High School, when she had a column in the Livingston Enterprise, journaling the American Lutheran's youth group's three-week venture to New York City to attend a nation-wide conference. She has freelanced for various magazines and publications across the US, and was also a correspondent for the Great Falls Tribune, while living in Choteau, Montana, reporting the Teton County News.
Lindie is also active as an RSVP ( Retired Senior Volunteer Program ) volunteer for the City of Livingston, painting in all 15 City Parks, as well as various painting projects throughout our community, during our warm weather months.
