Community Forum on Police Policy

Back in June, the City Commission requested an opportunity to publically review and discuss the Livingston Police Department’s policies, procedures, organizational structure and authority in an effort to increase transparency and community awareness. This request was in response to events occurring nationwide that have brought the importance of fair and impartial policing to the forefront of American conversations, fueled further by a letter to the editor in the Livingston Enterprise alleging officer misconduct and lawsuits.
