

City-County Health Board
The City/County Board of Health operates under the authority of Montana Code Annotated (MCA) 50-2-106 through 50-2-124. The board was created to carry out the purposes of the public health system, in collaboration with federal, state, and local partners. The City/County Board of Health is responsible for adopting and enforcing quarantine to prevent the spread of communicable diseases and furnish treatment for persons who have a communicable disease, abate nuisances affecting public health and safety.
